Our client is looking for an eager Site Superintendent with a minimum of 3 years of local construction experience to join their team, on a permanent basis and make an immediate impact and contribute to their ICI projects.
Key responsibilities of this Site Superintendent role:
- Use your proactive approach to determine whether project materials are supplied and in compliance with our first-class Quality Program
- Take a hands-on approach to leading, mentoring, and walking with our team on-site to support the project team
- Jump in right from the beginning! Collaborate with the Project Manager for all construction site start-up details including the schedule
Experience required for this Site Superintendent role:
- 3+ years experience working in ICI construction
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction specifically including submittal, RFIs, Change Events, and closeout.
- Computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project
The package offered to this Site Superintendent includes:
- Base salary of $90,000 - $130,000
- Health and Dental Benefits Package
- Paid mileage for site visits
