We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site / Project Manager to oversee a civils project in Birmingham. This is an Outside IR35 contract requiring a hands-on professional with a strong background in groundworks and site delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor programme, quality, and H&S compliance.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
- Ensure all works are completed to the required standards.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site or Project Manager within the construction industry.
- Strong groundworks experience is essential.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
Desirable:
- Previous experience delivering school or education sector projects.
