The Role
The group's new build housing sector is managing a residential project on behalf of a leading developer. and they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day to day running of schemes on behalf of the client.
Experience
The right candidate must be able to demonstrate extensive experience working in a new build housing sector as a Site Manager, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and know-how to direct a team and deliver a given project safely and on time, with careful attention to the client relationship, and the supply chain.
Remuneration
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) + car allow and benefits,
