Job Description

We have a current opportunity for a Site Manager on a contract basis for 12 months. The position will be based in Westminster.

Company
They are a carpentry and joinery contractor working with main contractors on major building projects in London and the South East. Their portfolio includes luxury residential developments, hotels, commercial office fit outs, retail, hospitals, schools and universities, government contracts, airport and rail terminals.

Project

  • Refurbishment of a listed building in Central London over 3 years


Duties

  • Quality Management
  • Site Inspections
  • Design Coordination
  • Management of trade contractors
  • Labour Management
  • Contract Administration
  • Completing Handovers
  • Supporting Project Manager


Skills/Experience Required

  • Ideally from a trades background
  • Heritage/Listed Building experience
  • Good on paperwork
  • Strong IT skills
  • Good design coordination experience
  • Internals experience
  • Parliamentary Security Pass would be helpful
