Our client is looking for a Site Manager to join them on a New Luxury apartment development in Northwood. This is a 6-month contract, Outside IR35, with the likelihood of extension.

Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:
- Reporting into the Project Manager
- Management of internal subcontractor packages and risk assessments
- In charge of the daily running of the site
- Taking 3 blocks all at different stages to Completion
Experience required for this Site Manager role:
- CSCS Black Card and in date
- SMSTS Card and in date
- First Aid At work in date
- Previous residential build expereince is required
Package offered for this Site Manager role:
- £275 per day based on experience
- Outside IR35
- 6 month contract with potential to extend
