Job Title:
Rail Site Manager, also interested in Site Engineers

Location:
Glasgow

Salary / Benefits:

£50,000 - £58,000 negotiable dependant on experience

Start Date:

ASAP

Company Information:

Working for a main contractor within the Rail & Construction industry, on railway building and civils proects (station buildings, depot refurbs etc)

Seeking candidates with:

- A Rail background and experience in rail projects
- Familiar with Network Rail current standards
- Experience Writing ITP's for a project and familer wuth the ITP approval process.
- Experience of Construction Phase Plan, Work Package Plans and Task Briefing Sheets
- Familiarity of CDM Regulations 2015 - Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment
- Preferably with a civil engineer qualification

Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;


- SMSTS, COSS
- CRE experience

Role Information;

- Manage Project & Site Files.
- Order all resources - plant, materials, tools, PPE etc.
- Ensure adequate labour resource for, and suitable supervision of, works at all times.
- Ensure TBTs , Briefings and alerts are carried out to all site operatives
- Ensure all necessary site, reporting or SHEQ documentation is produced and returned to the office
- Attend internal and client meetings where required.
- Undertake site surveys on current and future projects and record all relevant information.
