Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Nottinghamshire
Day rate: £350 - £400 p/d outside IR35 (DOE)
Contract: 6 months initial contract
A fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager has arisen with a leading Sub-contractor to work on WPD substations in the Midlands.
Key responsibilities for this role:
• Supervising teams on 11kV switchgear installations and 132kV sub-station replacements
• Monitoring of subcontractors
• Production of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Chairing weekly meetings (safety, co-ordination, project and progress meetings)
• Responsible for site Health & Safety under the guidance of the Health & Safety Manager
Experience/qualifications required for this role:
• Western Power authorisation - WI1
• Experience on high voltage substations and switchgear replacements
