Site Manager
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a busy Civil Engineering Contractor, working on a large-scale water pumping facility.
The company is an award-winning Civils contractor, who specialise in heavy civils and water infrastructure.

Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:
- Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety and management.
- Monitor project strategies in order to achieve the company’s sustainability objectives.
- Developing and monitoring strategies to deliver a quality build in accordance with the requirements of the project
- Develop, nurture, and manage supply chain relationships
- Ensure the principles of the Considerate Constructor’s Scheme are adopted and managing community relations
Experience required for this Site Manager role:
- Educated to degree standard in Engineering or equivalent
- Strong track record and leadership in safety, environmental and quality processes. Plus, experience in the development and reviewing of RAMS.
- Passionate about construction and building
- Minimum competences to included ideally SMSTS, NRASWA
- Background in Concrete Structures
