Position - Site / Senior Site Manager
Location: Based in Maidenhead
Rate: £300 - £330 per day
Duration: 4 months
IR35 Status: CIS
Our client who is one of the UK’s top national Contractors, is seeking a site manager / senior site manger to oversee the final stages of a multi-storey car park project. The site manager will report to an existing project lead and will be supported by a assistant site manager. The project is currently running to timescale and budget.
You will be in a strategic position, where you will drive the project forward to completion. You must have proven experience and knowledge of similar projects within a site/Senior Site Manager position. You need to be a switched-on individual who is confident in their abilities.
Site / Senior Site Manager Experience
- Main contractor experience
- SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS
- Experience of similar projects
