Site Agent
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to join a major Joint Venture working on one of the biggest civils MOD projects in the UK.
The company is an award-winning main contractor who are experts in the civil engineering, infrastructure, and construction sector. Your role as Site Agent will manage all aspects of day-to-day site production for the satisfactory completion of specific elements of the project, including resource management, forward planning, and communication with their teams.

Key responsibilities for this Site Agent role:
- Contribute to work planning; Utilisation of Production techniques and planning tools to ensure efficient management of onsite production.
- Management of on-site supervisors, engineers, labour, and subcontractors.
- Thorough understanding of commercial, contractual and procurement processes, including the NEC suite of contracts to enable effective delivery.
- Experience in the supervision and coordination of Temporary Works on site.
Experience required for this Site Agent role:
- Experience of being part of large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably within the Defence or MOD sector.
- Experience with reinforced concrete.
- Work with site management team to help deliver site safety, productivity, and culture.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management.
Package offered for this Site Agent role:
- £350-450 DOE/travel & accommodation.
- 12 months rolling contract.
