Location: Birmingham based project
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Benefits

My client is a Leading main contractor with an enviable reputation. They are completely debt free and a cash rich company who have already secured their pipeline into 2023.
They are seeking a Senior Site / Project Manager who ideally has Industrial experience to work on a new build industrial site near Birmingham the project is circa £7m in value.
The Senior Site / Project Manager will be joining a multi-disciplined and thriving company that are currently going from strength to strength.
You will be in a strategic position, where you will oversee all the day to day running of the site and take full ownership of the team and Health & Safety obligations. You must have a proven experience and knowledge of running an industrial site from inception to completion within a Senor Site or Project Manager position and have worked on similar valued schemes.
You need to be a switched-on individual who is confident in their abilities in delivering the project.

- Experience working on sites from cradle to grave up to the value of £7 million
- Main contractor background
- Stable employment history
- Ideally have worked on Industrial schemes
