We are working with a leading contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of key projects while contributing to the continued growth of a well-respected business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account
- Provide commercial leadership across the project lifecycle
- Ensure effective cost control, contract administration and risk management
- Work collaboratively with project teams to achieve successful project outcomes
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level
- Strong commercial background within the construction industry
- Leisure sector project experience is highly desirable
- Excellent working knowledge of JCT forms of contract
- Ability to manage projects independently from procurement through to completion
