Senior Quantity Surveyor | Multi-Utility | Midlands
I'm working with a growing contractor looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, delivering multi-utility projects.
The role includes cost reporting, CVRs, procurement, subcontract management, valuations, variations, final accounts and commercial risk management. You'll work closely with project teams and clients, managing NEC and JCT contracts while supporting junior team members.
We're looking for:
- Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor or similar
- Experience in utilities, infrastructure or civil engineering
- Good knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
- Strong commercial and contractual skills
- Full UK driving licence
MRICS/CIOB or working towards chartership is desirable.
