Our client, a growing housebuilder operating across Rugby, Warwickshire, and Northampton, is seeking a senior quantity surveyor to join their commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced QS to take a leading role on multiple residential developments.
The Role
The senior quantity surveyor will take full commercial responsibility for large-scale residential projects, ensuring budgets are controlled, risks managed, and projects delivered on time and to a high standard.
This position is for experienced senior quantity surveyors only.
Key Responsibilities

Lead on cost planning, valuations, and final accounts

Manage procurement and contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

Prepare regular cost reports and monitor financial performance

Oversee junior QS team members and mentor where required

Support contract administration and commercial decision-making

Liaise with project managers, clients, and design teams
About You

Extensive experience as a senior quantity surveyor within housebuilding or residential construction

Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and subcontract management
-
Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

Relevant qualification in quantity surveying or construction

Coins desirable
