This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor on a large project working in the Somerset area. This is a Energy/Civils related project. My client will also consider a Quantity Surveyor for this role.
Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to enjoy the existing commercial team. this. This role falls inside IR35.

Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
· £550-600 per day based on experience. My client will also consider a QS
· Inside IR35
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Reporting and dealing with change
- Forecasting
- Control budgets, maximising revenue and margin
- Managing sub contractors
- Working with the NEC contract
- Client Liaison
- Costing
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Experience in a similar role and MUST have experience dealing with change
- Experience working on large civil engineering projects
- NEC experience
- This does require some site visits as and when required
