Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Water Utilities
Location: Reading / Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading utilities contractor on a 3-month contract to provide cover for a long-term absence.
The role is focused on water main diversions across both clean water and foul water projects, so previous experience within the utilities or water sector is essential.
Key Requirements:

Strong Quantity Surveying experience within the utilities or water sector

Proven experience working under NEC contracts

Commercial management of water infrastructure projects, including water main diversions

Ability to manage subcontractors, valuations, variations, cost reporting and commercial administration
Working Arrangement:

1 day per week in the Reading client office
-
1 day per week in the Langley M Group office

Remaining time split between site and home working, with increased flexibility to work from home once established in the role
