The company are market leaders and your role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor will be to work out of the Bradford office, covering sites across sites across the Northern Severn Trent water patch.

- Freelance role
- Outside of IR35
- Hybrid
- Working for a reputable company
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- NEC4 contract experience.
- Civil Engineering and Water background – clean and waste, infra/non infra works.
- Experience working on site and aware how they operate.
- Ideally some MEICA knowledge but not essential.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and profit/loss calculations.
