Senior Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well known main contractor and work within the commercial team on Residential Developments/Land Developments. Therefore House builder/House Developer experience is essential for this role.

Your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor will part of the Commercial Team within the housing team being responsible for controlling and reporting on expenditure from procurement to final account.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Prepare subcontract Enquiry list for approval
- Prepare and collate information for tender
- Analyse tenders up on return
- Work on tenders and budgets
- Issue Health and Safety Contractor checklists for new contractors.
- Assemble H&S policies, method statement and risk assessments
- Sub contract payments
- Prepare reports and invoices
- Cost/value reconciliation
- Agree and input progress
- Produce valuation breakdown reconciliation
- Attend site based project meetings and verify contractor claims
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience working for House builder/Housing developer
- Qualified to a minimum level of HNC in Quantity Surveying
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- £60,000-£70,000GBP plus car or car allowance along with other benefits (10% bonus, healthcare etc)
Flexibility WFO/WFH flex (upon completion of probationary period)
