Our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a team based on site in Warwickshire
The project is due to commence shortly and involves a large residential development
This is an opportunity to join an establishment business with a healthy forward order book in the local area.
Experience within house building / residential developments is crucial and experience managing junior commercial individuals
The ideal candidate
- QS with 10+ years' experience
Salary: up to £80,000 dependent upon experience, plus car/ allowance and benefits
