Salary / Benefits:
£50,000 to £65,000 depending on experience + car or car allowance and excellent company benefits such as bonus, excellent pension, 27 days holiday and more

Company Information:
My client is a Large, Well-Established Main contractor who operate on many prestigious Construction and Infrastructure projects across England. They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for their Civil Engineering Division on Water projects.

To be suitable for the Senior Quantity surveyor position you must have;
- Experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity surveyor.
- Experience of Civils / Water / Utility projects or similar
- Knowledge of NEC Contracts

Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
- Good IT Skills.
- Experience for a Main Contractor or Large Sub Contractor

Role Information;
- Great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Top Main Contractor who are working on a major water framework in the Midlands and have a great pipeline of projects coming up.
- This role will be based in West Midlands, with some travel to sites around the midlands area.
- You should have ideally have experience of and a track record of commercial delivery of NEC projects within civils / water industry, but other sectors will also be considered.
- Good salary and package on offer
- You will: you will be a key member of the Commercial team, reporting to Commercial Manager.
- You will manage commercial projects across the framework valued generally from £1 million to £10 million, this will be a mixture of Civils and M&E packages, and work with the sub contractors.
