Senior Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor
to join a well known contractor within the Social Housing Sector.
The company is a well know Regional Contractor who occasionally branch out to other regions within the Social Housing Sectors. This can include refurbs, cladding etc. Your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working from either the Essex office or the Kent office. They currently have a project within the Midlands which would require looking after and visiting as and when required for the duration of the project. Therefore must be flexible to travel.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
• To look after numerous live projects within Social Housing/External works/Caldding
• Tendering
• Valuations
• Reporting
• Costing
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
• Social Housing/Decent Homes background
• Ideally Cladding, External works, Facades experience
• Tendering & Valuation experience
• Expected to manage numerous live sites.
• Hardworking / Conscientious
• Ability to meet targets / deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
• Basic Salary 55-70k depending on experience
• Package
• Bonus (based on company performance)
• Pension
