Job Title:
Senior Quantity Surveyor
The company is a well-established Civil Engineering contractor who operate on Water, Highways & Marine projects across Scotland. Your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee the commercial aspects of a variety of projects, with value up to circa 60m, within a water framework.
The role would be based on projects between Glasgow & Edinburgh, along the central belt.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Report directly into the Commercial Manager regarding all commercial aspects of the project
- Lead a small commercial team (when necessary) including Graduate & Assistant Quantity Surveyors
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- At least 4 years post-graduate Quantity Surveying experience in a Civil Engineering/Marine field
- Experience administering NEC3 & NEC4 contracts
- Relevance degree or qualification in the field
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Up to £60,000 per annum
