Senior Quantity surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a civil engineering specialist contractor working on various water & Waste water Projects.
The company is an award-winning and innovative contractor providing project solutions for the water and wastewater industry including design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Represent the company on commercial matters relating to Framework / Project assigned to you
- Support the Framework Manger & Project Mangers for your allocated projects represent the projects in commercial reviews with the client on a monthly basis collect data, analyse and define the needs of our clients and stakeholders
- Ensure the commercial obligations under the contract agreements are administered in accordance with the contract
- Monitor and maintain both company and client KPI's.
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Industry applicable Qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Compile and submit monthly application for Payment to the client as per the contract agreement
- Assist in the cost build up and forecasting for projects
- Carryout commercial Bid Analysis of subcontract / supply prices
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role
- £70,000 - £80,000 Depending on experience
- Holidays / Bank Holidays
