Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Scotland - working remotely on major projects throughout Scotland
Start Date: ASAP
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major turnkey HV Electrical Contractor, developing an already established major project portfolio in Scotland.
The company are passionate about growing & delivering their major pipeline and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can lead a team to make & developing lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities of this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
• Working to develop employees commercial understanding and abilities.
• Commercial Risk Management.
• Financial project reporting.
• Main & subcontract negotiation.
• Agreeing terms and conditions with the supply chain and contractual administration.
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
• Minimum of 3 years experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in Grid Connections / Electrical Infrastructure.
• NEC & FIDIC contract experience.
• Can demonstrate working & interfacing with clients.
• Transparent & driven nature.
• Ideally Degree educated in Commercial / Business.
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
• £60,000 - £65,000 base salary
• Car / car allowance
