Job Title: Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Wigan, Liverpool, Manchester & Warrington
Salary / Benefits: £40,000 + £60,000 Depending on experience + car allowance and excellent company benefits
Start Date: ASAP
Company Information: My client is a main contractor who have won many awards and worked on some very high profile projects and are currently working on multiple construction projects in the North West.
To be suitable for the position you must have;
- Experience as a Graduate or a trainee quantity surveyor.
- Experience working on Education, Health or Build projects.
- Experience of schools, hospitals, build & Construction.
Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;
- Degree / HND /HNC in Quantity surveying.
- Experience in a similar position with a medium size to major size civil engineering main contractor.
- Strong main contractor knowledge.
Role Information;

- You should have ideally had experience of and a track record of commercial delivery of construction packages such as health, education, build or construction.

-You will: you will be a key member of the commercial team. Ensure the full and proper implementation of the Company's procedures. Prepare draft sub-contracts to the level of responsibility delegated by the individual's supervisor; Participate in pricing variations/design cost control/value engineering. Assist senior staff in the compilation of date to monitor individual contract performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
