Senior Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor
to join a well known Regional Housebuilder.
The company is a well know Regional housing developer. Your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be covering South Yorkshire/Derbyshire region. You will be responsible for working on 3 or 4 live housing projects at one time.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- To look after 3 or 4 live projects at one time
- Tendering
- Valuations
- Reporting
- Costing
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Residential/House Developer background
- Experience in working for a volume housebuilder
- Coins knowledge advantageous
- Tendering & Valuation experience
- Expected to manage 3-4 live sites.
- Hardworking / Conscientious
- Ability to meet targets / deadlines.
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Basic Salary 40k-55k depending on experience
- Car / Car Allowance
- Bonus (based on company performance)
- Pension
- Min 25 days annual leave
