Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor and work on number of construction projects across the education & commercial sectors
The company is an award-winning main contractor who are market leaders in the sector. Your role as Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the commercial function of projects within the Southwest at all stages of the project life cycle
Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Contract administration
- Change management
- Sub-contract management
- Reporting
- Final accounts
Experience required for this Site Manager role:
- A main contractor background
- Ideally education & commercial project experience
Rate offered for this Site Manager role:
- £400-£450 p/day DOE
