Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Hybrid working - office based in Warrington
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE plus excellent package

A fantastic Senior Mechanical Engineer opportunity has arisen with an Engineering Consultancy, operating within highly regulated sectors including Pharmaceutical, Nuclear, Petrochemical & Water. The successful Senior Mechanical Engineer will support them in their journey of delivering innovative, sustainable and cost-effective clean energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will work collaboratively with Quality Assurance, Mechanical Installation, Project Management & Client Engineering teams.
- Develop preliminary Scope of Works into detailed engineering and design proposals including manhour forecasts.
- Design subcontract management.
- Carry out design in accordance with approved customer design guides, procedures & standards.
-Undertake site surveys & support site installation & commissioning activities.
Requirements:
- HNC in technical engineering related subject.
- Member of IMechE.
- Chartered engineer or working towards chartership.
- Knowledge of pipework stress analysis.
- Knowledge of structural steelwork design.
