Senior Electrical Engineer
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer for a company with a lasting reputation since 1918 that bring engineering solutions to the biggest blue-chip companies across the UK & Europe
The company is known for delivering excellence within their specialist domains, which include energy, foods & beverages, pharmaceuticals & life sciences, vaccine facilities, agrochemicals, glass, nuclear energy, and water/utilities. They have successfully delivered projects in the UK, Europe, Africa and the Far East.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Engineer role:
- Provide Concept, developed and detailed design deliverables for control associated electrical services installations (including loop diagrams, 3D model, general arrangement drawings, design risk register and specifications)
- Review and assess customer needs
- Provide resource estimates for design related activities
- Support effective delivery of projects of time, quality, cost targets with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
Experience required for this Senior Electrical Engineer role:
- At leas 5 years in relevant design role including successful delivery of electrical installation designs within projects for the pharmaceutical sector
- Experience working with LV/HV 11kv with transformers/switchgears.
- HNC or Degree in technical engineering related subject
- Provision of 2D and 3D design deliverables, GAs, equipment layouts and cable/containment routing diagrams
- Single line diagrams. Cable block Diagrams. Earthing diagrams
- Experience in electrical building services design
- Ability to use: AutoCAD, Relux/Dialux, Amtech Pro design.
Package offered for this Senior Electrical Engineer role:
- £40 - £48 hour Outside IR35 experience depending
- Hybrid Working: 2 days at home. 2 days in office. 1 day on site.
