The role:
A well established housing developer have an exciting opportunity for a Design Coordinator to join the housing team on projects valuing between £5-£50+ million in the East Midlands.
The ideal candidate will have experience in running similar schemes, come from a housing background and have a stable track record of employment.
To be considered for this position:
- Housing background preferred with Architectural/Engineering knowledge
- Degree qualified in construction or similar field
- Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience as a Design/Technical Coordinator
