The position of a Resourcer is to focus on building a quality candidate base within your sector and to work with one of our Navartis Consultants to place those candidates in to permanent or temporary positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, headhunting and becoming a specialist in your industry sector which will enable you to build and develop strong, long lasting relationships with your ever-growing candidate base. The role is telephone intensive and requires someone who is proactive, passionate and focused on getting results.

Whilst the role of a Resourcer is demanding, here at Navartis we want to support, train and develop you so your full potential is reached. From day one you will join our Training Bay for the duration of 4 weeks where you will receive industry leading training delivered by our experienced in-house Training Manager. Your first 4 weeks will be intensive coaching and mentoring ensuring you have the expertise and confidence needed to be a successful Resourcer.

Following on from this you will receive a mixture of practical and theory-based training and coaching to ensure you have all ongoing tools you need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

  • To attract candidates by using a wide range of platforms including: Social media, seeking referrals, networking and utilising job boards

  • Screening and interviewing candidates via the telephone - This is a very telephone intensive role

  • Take a consultative approach to your candidates giving advice on salary levels, market knowledge and career opportunities.

  • Advertising Roles

  • Searching Job Boards and the database for suitable candidates

  • Growing the internal database

  • Strategically target passive candidates to create and develop a pipeline

  • Advise the business of demographic challenges faced
