The Opportunity
Due to continued exceptional growth, we are currently looking to recruit a passionate and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Civils team to help support the supply of white-collar professionals across the Civil Engineering sector across the UK.
Our team is made up of talented recruitment experts who are specialists within their own fields. They are always willing to offer support and advise across the board and we have a very inclusive and collaborative approach to recruitment.
Key responsibilities for the role of Recruitment Consultant;
Using sales, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies.
Developing a good understanding of client companies and their business is key in order to build better, stronger relationships with client companies.
Attracting candidates by using a wide range of means including using social media, seeking referrals, networking and utilising job boards
Screening and interviewing candidates via the telephone - This is a very telephone intensive role
Take a consultative approach to both your clients and candidates giving advice on salary levels, market knowledge and career opportunities.

What we offer a Recruitment Consultant;
A generous starting base salary between £24k-£26k (OTE £40k+)
A quick route to progress your base salary through a quarterly performance linked review process.
Bonuses in excess of £2000 per month (our record to date is £7,500)
