Recruitment: Quantity Surveyor (Housebuilding)

Our client, a growing housebuilder operating across Rugby, Warwickshire, and Northampton, is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to work on residential developments across the region.

The Role

The Quantity Surveyor will take commercial responsibility for multiple residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high standards.

This position is for experienced Quantity Surveyors only.

Key Responsibilities

Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account
Procurement and management of subcontractors
Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
Monitoring budgets and financial performance
Supporting site teams to ensure commercial success
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

About You

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within housebuilding or residential construction
Strong understanding of cost control and subcontract management
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction
Coins desirable
