Quantity Surveyor - Construction - Freelance - Outside IR35
We are currently working with Main Contractor who are seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work on a large project in the East Midlands
Requirements:
-
Worked as a Quantity Surveyor previously
-
Able to work within a team and support a SQS
-
Worked on JCT form of contract previously
-
Experience working on Industrial, Data Centres, or Pharmaceutical

Experience working on Fit out projects

Experience managing Sub-Contractors Commercial Administration and Running of payments
Rate: £320 - £360 per day
Duration: 6 months (high potential of other work)
Location: East Midlands
Status: Outside IR35
