This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor Project to work for a reputable, main contractor on the Wessex and Southwest Water Framework.
The company are market leaders and your role as a Quantity Surveyor will be to work on water treatment and pipelines across the regions.
This is a hybrid role with home/office/site working. Main office based in Bristol and Exeter.
Key Details & Responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Freelance Role
- Outside IR35 or CIS
- Long Term Rolling Contract – 4/5 years of work
- Working for a reputable company
Experience Required for this Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UK water or Civil Engineering sector
- Worked on projects from initial design stage to completion
- MEICA experience within the water sector, clean or waste would be an advantage
