Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor based near Essex to work on a civils highway infrastructure project

They provide all their clients with integrated infrastructure solutions that meet business needs and exceed expectations. Your role as Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for looking after multiple highways projects and liaising with sub-contractors.

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Liaising with sub-contractors
- Controlling multiple projects
- Reporting into senior/ managing qunaity surveyor
- Managing procurment, performance and cost estimations
- Process payments
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- NEC form of contract option B, C & E
- Highways and smart motorway
- Controlling multiple projects
- Worked on previous infrastructure projects
Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- £270 - 300 outside IR35
- Start ASAP
- 12 month contract with potential of extension
