Quantity Surveyor required in South Dublin.

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Estimating Materials
- Measure and value of the work produced
- Liaise with contracts management in the day to day commercial administration of contracts to ensure the financial success of construction operations and to keep the Commercial Manager appraised of all material events.
- Compile and issue invitations to tender, analyse subcontractor quotations and make recommendations for placement of orders
- Carry out reconciliation of cost and value to date/forecast to keep the management team informed of project performance
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Degree qualified with at least 1 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying in Ireland or the UK.
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Work on own initiative as well as part of our growing team
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines is critical and have strong organisation skills and the ability to create clear and concise reports.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
- Must be commercially and contractually aware
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong IT skills
- Strong team building skills
Salary for the Quantity Surveyor is paying between €37,500 - €45,000
(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
