ProjectWise Administrator

Salary / Benefits:
£40,000- £50,000 dependant on level of experience plus package.
Company Information:
A leading infrastructure services and engineering consultancy specialising in rail & civils infrastructure design services is looking to take on a ProjectWise Administrator to manage, maintain, support and develop ProjectWise as a common data environment for Rail Consulting.
The role would suit a candidate who:
- Is a self-motivated individual with good organisation and communication skills.
- Has strong experience in Bentley MicroStation and ProjectWise (Bentley ProjectWise Administrator experience would desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge of BS1192 or ISO19650, Network Rail and Railway Group Standards.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM)
- Knowledge of BIM Level 2 requirements.
- Experience of working within the Rail industry preferable.
- Knowledge of using other EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems).
- Knowledge of innovative designs and engineering practices.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with compliance to the relevant Health and Safety legislation, particularly the CDM Regulations.
- Assisting the Information Manager or BIM Coordinator with CAD compliance.
- Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform project tasks.
- Support Deliverables Management and ProjectWise Online.
- Assist in the set-up of new projects, user accounts and datasources.
- Assist with the integration with Bentley and Microsoft office products and other software.
- Provide frontline support for ProjectWise and deliver training.
- Resolve general ProjectWise issues.
- Assist in the development of datasources.
- Assist in the implementation of ProjectWise and support development across Consulting.
- Create company processes, procedures and standards, whilst tracking changes to reduce risk.
- Monitor ProjectWise usage for licensing.
- Assist in the development and support of ProjectWise environments, workflows and best practices.
