This is a great opportunity for an experienced freelance project manager to join a principle contractor who specialise in build, groundworks, remediation and drainage works.
Our client is looking for a freelance project manager to join them on a multi-million pound project. This flagship project will incorporate industrial build, car parking, residential and retail premises. This is a 7 month contract.

Responsible for the day to day running of the project and looking after:
- Scope of Works
- Schedule
- Finances
- Risk
- Quality of Works
Experience required for freelance Project Manager role:
- Must have experience of being a Number 1 Project Manager
- Must have overseen high value and flag ship projects
- Minimum of 5 years experience in this role
