Location: Manchester

Salary Circa £55,000 - £65,000 plus package including

Company Car / Car Allowance

Hybrid & Flexible working

22 days holiday + Statutory Bank Holidays

Summary

A Principal Contractor delivering multi-disciplinary buildings and civil engineering projects for Network Rail has an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who will take on the responsibility of managing a diverse range of day-to-day project tasks on various long-term rail infrastructure projects across the UK.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be directly responsible for the daily management of rail engineering projects within our portfolio, specifically focusing on reactive framework projects.

You will lead successful contract delivery by ensuring that the site team is well-informed of the contract parameters and possesses the necessary capability and resources to meet contract objectives.

Candidate Specification

  • Project management experience working in the rail sector on reactive frameworks

  • Network Rail experience

  • Civil Engineering Construction work (at least 5 years

  • In depth knowledge of working within a railway environment

  • HNC / NVQ6/7 in Construction minimum or suitably qualified by experience

  • Railway Safety Training – PTS or willingness to obtain

Salary / Package

Circa £55, 000 - £65,000 negotiable dependant on experience plus package / Car / allowance
