PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION
Position: Project Manager
Location: Project Locations (Rugby, Reading, Northampton)
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + extremely competitive benefits package and bonus
The Opportunity:
A leading UK contractor are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their highly successful operations division. With the office based in Leicester they operate nationally. Typical projects ranging in value from £2m - £15m across commercial and industrial sectors. They have several projects about to kick off in Reading, Rugby and Northampton and the ideal candidate will have experience delivering Industrial schemes from inception to completion.

Project Manager Requirements:
- Worked as a Project Manager for a minimum 3-4 years or a strong Senior Site Manager looking to step up.
- JCT and D&B contract experience preferred
- New build construction experience essential
- Experience working on Industrial projects
- Must have worked on schemes from inception to completion.
- UK Driving Licence
