We are working with an established general contractor based west of the GTA. They are looking to identify an experienced Project Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:
-Complete delegation of all aspects of a project
-Fully responsible for all costs associated with a project
-Assess risk, sequence, and plan project timelines.
-Work co-operatively with project support team members.
-Responsible for a good working relationship with owners
-Prepare detailed project reports
Education and Experience:
-5 years' ICI construction experience with Waste Water Treatment Facility or Pumping Station projects.
-Well-rounded and extensive experience (3-5 years) in municipal infrastructure projects, preferably in a lump sum hard bid contract environment.
-Experience in a Hard Bid Construction Environment
-Experience using scheduling software is will be considered an asset.
