Key responsibilities:
- Supporting Project Management process
- Assume day to day responsibility for small to medium sized projects
- Support risk and value management
- Contract administration for relevant contract provisions, monthly reporting and chairing project meetings
- Coordination of specialist planners and construction companies
Experience required:
- Working towards MAPM / MRICS or equivalent qualification or experience
- 4+ years of professional work experience
- Non-industry specific degree
- Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters
