PROJECT MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)

Salary: £65,000 plus, car allowance, private medical, 8% pension, bonus

Project Manager Opportunity:
My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their highly successful construction division. The role will be to oversee £multimillion new build and refurbishment project in Worcester. This Project Manager will be working on an MOJ scheme so previous experience within this sector would be advantageous, although not essential. Projects can typically range in value from £1m - £25m across a variety of sectors.

They operate nationally from a network of regional offices throughout the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking for a new challenge or a Senior Site Manager who may be looking for that next step.
Project Manager Requirements:
- CSCS: Valid CSCS BLACK card required.
- Tier 1 contractor experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager
- Qualifications: SMSTS and first aid at work required
- MOJ / SC clearance desirable but not essential
- Relevant Experience: worked as a Project Manager or a Site Manager looking for the next step.
- CIOB (desirable but not essential)
- Main Contractor background ideally
