Offices in Berlin, Braunschweig or Hennigsdorf, 2 to 3 days a week

Your responsibilities:
As a member of the project team, you will advise the project management with specific support in commercial and contract-related matters. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

- You will support the preparation and preparation of important contractual correspondence with customers, partners and suppliers
- You participate in commercial and contract-relevant meetings/negotiations with customers, consortium partners and suppliers
- You actively participate in project-specific "risk and opportunity reviews"
- They register all contractual events and incidents that could have an influence on financial, technical or scheduling agreements and list them in a document to support the project.
- You actively support the identification of possible existing contractual problems and risks and contribute to the achievement of a clarification
- They support the creation and/or defense of possible legal claims to or from contractual partners. Together with the specialist departments, they check whether agreed changes to the subject matter of the contract are feasible. The development of claim and negotiation strategies, together with the various functions such as project management, finance, engineering, legal department, is part of your tasks. You present these strategy proposals to management.

About you:
As an experienced all-rounder, you are familiar with the entire range of classic contract management and, in addition to methodological know-how and enjoyment of implementation, you have the following qualifications and skills:

- Successfully completed university studies, preferably in law or engineering, finance, technology, economics or economics
- Relevant several years of professional experience, preferably in claim and supplement management and/or the preparation of offers/supplements, in particular in project business or commercial project management
- Knowledge of contract law and contract drafting
- Precise written and oral expression and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills, analytical skills, result orientation
- High assertiveness, communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in working together cross-functional teams
- Business fluent German and English skills
