I am currently working with a leading residential developer who are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team in Waltham Cross.
Key Responsibilties:
- Coordinate and manage the Associate Directors’ diaries, liaising on a weekly basis to forward plan the schedule and tasks
- Set up all team meetings required e.g. 121’s, team reviews, team meetings, meetings with external clients
- Providing support to the wider Operations team
- Preparing letters and correspondence, including meeting minute collation, and typing
- Monthly expenses, co-ordinating and arranging work related travel to meetings and events, car parking etc.
- Set up all team meetings required e.g. new project meetings, team meetings, meetings with external clients
- Manage Operations calendar for all operational meetings for the wider team
- Coordination and collation of any information required by the Operations team
- Providing cover during holidays and absence for PA’s in Operations
On offer is a starting salary of £35k.
Ideally, you will have experience working with a construction firm.
