As the new Lead Mechanical Contract Administrator, you will be managing, reviewing, and approving a variety of projects throughout Ontario and the GTA for the design and engineering of building systems for commercial, multi-residential, and institutional facilities.

Responsibilities for the Lead Mechanical Contract Administrator:

  • Responsible for the Contract Administration role for projects.
  • Liaise with the project managers, designers, field inspectors, contractors, property owners, and clients daily throughout the construction period.
  • Responsible for preparation of contract administration documents, monthly payment certificates, substantial & total performance documentation.
  • Maintaining of the electronic and paper filing systems management plan standards.
  • Assist our engineering teams with constructability reviews as required for project designs, as well as scope changes during construction.

Qualifications for Lead Mechanical Contract Administrator:

  • A minimum of 8 years of combined experience in mechanical project management and contract administration.
  • C.E.T designation or Professional Engineers Ontario designation as a P.Eng an asset.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and MS project, and/or other scheduling software.
