Junior Estimator

Our Client is looking to add a Junior Estimator to their team.
Key responsibilities for this Junior Estimator role:
- Reporting into the Chief Estimator and VP of Estimating
- Research and prepare estimates from first base principles including full measures of cost and price on construction projects
- Coordinate with key personnel on the preparation of all tenders for the purpose of winning work

Experience required for this Estimator role:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the construction industry working for a general contracting construction company
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Building, Engineering, Construction, or Quantity Surveying
- Extensive knowledge of key principles involved in bid preparation, including quantity take-off procedures, Sub-trade procurement, pricing, and bid closing procedures

The package offered for this Estimator role:
- $65,000 - $80,000 Annual Salary COE
- Full Benefits Package
