This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a small main independent contractor within the construction sector who are based in the Midlands and operation not only nationwide but globally.

The company specialise in Retail Fit out and have key clients for Major Supermarkets/Stores in the UK. As a HR Manager you will ideally based in or around the Birmingham area as this is an office based role Monday-Friday.

Key responsibilities for this HR Manager role:

- IT Issues
- GDPR
- New starters/Inductions/Leavers
- Employee Updates
- Monthly HR reports and Monthly Reviews
- HMRC Audits along with other audits
- Staff Sickness/Overtime/Holidays etc
- H&S Meetings
- IR35 process
- Employee References
- Maternity/Paternity Leave
- Disciplinaries/Grievances
- Terminations/resignations
- Covid procedures/advice


Experience required for this HR Manager role:

- Experience in a similar role
- Ideally minimum 3 years experience within a small/medium size company

Package offered for this HR Manager role:

- Up to £35,000-£40,000GBP this is negotiable and depending on experience as my client is happy to look at a variety of levels as an Estimator
