You will gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects, working closely with experienced commercial professionals and site teams. This role offers strong exposure, structured development, and genuine progression opportunities within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
- Support the commercial team across construction projects
- Assist with cost control, budgeting, reporting, and valuations
- Help prepare subcontractor packages and support procurement
- Monitor project costs and highlight risks or changes
- Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation
- Develop knowledge of contracts and commercial processes
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or related discipline)
- Recent graduate or early in QS career
- Motivated, ambitious, and keen to build a long-term career
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, willing to learn, and take responsibility
